O M GEEEE! This fish dish turned out so good.
I know many mamas stay away from fish dishes, but seriously, it’s such a good, quick healthy and easy meal to make!
You can switch up whatever fish you choose to add to this recipe. I’ve used flounder, cod, tilapia with this, but honestly this sauce is so delish so you could use it with shrimp or even chicken too! Fresh or frozen (thawed) fish works great.
I doubled up this recipe for my big family. And we are peas and cauliflower rice with it.
CREAMY LEMON DIJON FLOUNDER
• five to six 6oz fillets, I used Flounder
• 2-3tablespoons melted butter
•1/2 cup heavy cream (you can use 1/4 or 1/3 cup as well if you want less creaminess)
•1-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
•juice from 1 fresh lemon
•2-4 pressed (or Finley chopped) garlic cloves
•salt and pepper.
Fresh herbs if you want!
PREHEAT the oven to 375degrees Fahrenheit
Salt and pepper the fish and put in a oven safe dish
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over onto the fish.
Add in the oven until sauce is bubbly and fish fully cooked, (about 15min)
I served it with homemade cauliflower rice, and green peas. But this would be delish with just a side salad, oven potatoes, pasta. My girls went back for seconds and I probably could have tripled the recipe! #momwin
