Mamas, these need to get in on your go to dinner menu rotation.
Everyone will love them. So easy to make and easy to switch up the flavors with seasoning and different cheeses, add jalapeño cheese for spicy, feta + sun-dried tomatoes for Mediterranean flavors or good ol cheddar cheese for American style.
I love to eat them in a lettuce wrap or with a salad. But you can rock them on a whole wheat bun too!
They need some extra TLC when adding the cheese to the middle and cover it up gently so the cheese don’t melt out of it.
Throw them on a grill, in the oven or like I love most my meals, cooked in a cast iron skillet.
