Protein chocolate pudding.

It’s been a while since I added a recipe on here but this is for the chocolate lovers out there like myself! This is so easy and so delish and you get tons of protein to stay full, build your muscles and stay toned.

Protein varies some depending on what protein powder you use, but mine was 30+ grams! Say what!!!?

Protein is so important for women to build muscles, stay full longer, it’s good for hair and skin too!

Double up the recipes or use half a box of pudding mix like I did below. I would just eat all of it if I did the whole box – so instead of too much of a good thing – I prepared what I planned to eat. #SetYourselfUpForSuccessMama
