Super healthy power bites

These babies are delish!

And they are SIMPLE and they are fun to eat and packed with protein! Like SO much protein – about 30grams! (depending on what brands you use…)

Before I share with you the recipe – I want to go straight to the point! –>I can’t STAND when I try to grab a recipe and the blogger go on and on and on with “stuff” and a million pictures & steps… So here is ONE picture and the recipe RIGHT away.

SALMON POWER BITES

1 small can 3.5oz salmon in water (yes tuna works too!)

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup of large curd 4% cottage cheese (greek yogurt works too)

salt, pepper, garlic powder. Hot sauce optional.

(you can also add small diced onion or dill)

1 small/medium cucumber, peeled, cut up into 1/2 in or 1 inch rounds.

Mix everything in a bowl except cucumber. Take a spoon and spoon out some of the seeds in the cucumber to make little “bowl” make sure you leave some at the bottom so it doesn’t fall out. Fill them up with the salmon mix.

I love them for lunch! They have over 30 grams of protein and great fat from the avocado and cottage cheese to help fill you up!
