Egg in a avocado hole!


I am a AVOCADO LOVER. I could really eat this fruit daily. They are packed with tons of good for ya nutrients, over 20 vitamins and minerals, has more potassium than a banana,  about 15 grams of heart healthy fats that will help you feel full longer and energize your body and they are loaded with fiber!

I wanted to share one of my favorite ways to eat avocado with you today. It’s seriously SO easy, goes so quick and feel as a warm, creamy and delish comfort food.

If you like runny egg yolks, you can add a yolk into each egg, and fill it up with the white around it. And cook it less time to get it “runny.” I like my eggs compact and mixed so I just mix mine ahead a time.

This is awesome as a breakfast, a snack, a side dish to some meat and veggies at night. ANYTIME is a good time for this.

I added some cottage cheese with garlic as a side to get some more protein in too, but as with everything I make, MAKE IT YOURS, add more hot sauce, sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt) It’s awesome with some BACON too!
